Abstract

This collection contains materials that either belonged to, or relate to Mrs. Susan Marshman (Dyer) Fletcher, (1845 - 1941). Mrs. Fletcher was a teacher at the Mankato Normal School, and this collection contains letters to her from George M. Gage, principal of the Normal school. Also included are photographs, newspaper clippings, a copy of a biographical sketch, and a speech given by Mrs. Fletcher at the fiftieth anniversary of the State Teachers College in 1918.

Abstract This collection is made up of thirteen photocopies of engineering drawings of cars and trucks designed by Mr. Ernest Rosenberger of the Four Traction Auto Company. The drawings contain views of both entire vehicles and parts of the chassis and drive gear, but are not to scale. Abstract

This collection consists of 35 small volumes originally belonging to the Matt J. Graif Clothing store in Mankato, Minnesota. Matt J. Graif Clothing is a men’s store, and the volumes contain the names and addresses of those who purchased suits there, and the prices of the items. These records were kept for reference purposes should a customer have a complaint about the purchase. The volumes run from 1925 until 1960, with the records from 1932 missing.
